Food intolerance test package – panel 108

The food intolerance test detects 108 different types of diet-specific IgGs.

During the food intolerance laboratory test, a total of 108 types of food-specific IgG are detected, based on which we define 5 classification classes that characterize the severity of food intolerance. The cause of the disease is the altered function of the intestinal wall, its impaired permeability, during which the partially decomposed food molecules activate the immune system, which results in the formation of specific IgG molecules and inflammation. Long-term inflammation can cause symptoms not only in the digestive system, but in the entire body. Several hours or even days after eating a certain food, various symptoms may appear: diarrhea, bloating, strong intestinal gas formation, overweight or abnormal thinness, hay fever, asthma, headaches, migraines, chronic fatigue, joint complaints, but acne skin, itching or eczema may also develop.
